A cafe that serves and supports the community while spreading positivity and self-love!
That’s right. This is the cafe for you. Are you looking for that coffee shop that cares about your experience? A cafe with a soul, unlike those careless corporate coffee places. You’re looking for a cafe that supports local businesses. Not to mention a place that serves coffee that you can trust is roasted local. A cafe that is more than a cafe. A place where you feel comfortable hanging out for the better part of the morning or evening. Whether with friends, or getting work done! Here in East Texas, there haven’t been many shops like this!
This is the classy cafe you’ve been wanting, right here in East Texas! A cafe that serves coffee beverages whether cold or hot. Not to mention other frozen treats, including our gourmet shaved ice and a variety of other pastries and snacks. Yes, this is the place you’ve been waiting for. A place with a fun, inviting environment.
Shee-Bee, a place where you can go:
- To meet
- To socialize
- To work or study
- To play
- To get a delicious drink and snack while on the go.
All while having fun, making connections, and making memories. Almost like another home, where you know everyone’s name and they know yours. To that end, we try to create this chill space. A space where you can enjoy free wifi while drinking delicious beverages! A space where you can meet with friends, new or old. Somewhere that is local and comfortable to you, that provides a connection the big chain shops don’t.
The Dude…
Hi, I’m Jacob Bird, Owner, and Founder of Shee-Bee. Local to Whitehouse Texas for over +10 years Shee-Bee is more than a coffee place to me. It’s an idea. An idea of community. A community where anyone can form relationships, make connections, and find support. You might find your next big opportunity while hanging out at Shee-Bee’s, and that’s what I live for. In the meantime, I figured that you’d be able to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and or a shaved ice. Our coffee is ethically-sourced and roasted local. Shaved Ice that is refreshing. Stop in and play a game with friends, go on a coffee date, study, work, have a treat, and more while at my shop! Just do one thing…

The Story
Almost 2 years ago in December 2020. I opened with the idea to make a stronger community through the Shee-Bee brand and our service, one cup at a time. I can’t say I grew up wanting to be a master barista but there’s no time like the present. My adventure began! Learning curve after learning curve. I thrive for the unknown for the knowledge I’ve yet to master. That’s why I became a certified barista through a barista education program. I spent 9 months building out the shop to make it a dine-in establishment. Nothing short of a chapter of my life ill never forget. I prayed for an army and God has provided it!
Our community continues to grow as SheeBee ages, it is nothing less of a proud parent seeing the growth of his child. Because of an amazing support system, I was able to create this vision/ this dream. I source our coffee and tea from a local roast master Coffee City USA. And I try to innovate with new beverages like the “Karma” and the “Mud Momma”, two of our signature drinks. Speaking of “Karma”, Shee-Bee supporting the community with 20% of our karma proceeds going to a local non-profit.
It’s all about promoting positivity, self-love, and supporting one another. In this way, We partnered with the local The Fostering Collective and the less local To Write Love on Her Arms. These are two non-profits whose causes I resonate with. I have chosen these two as they promote love and caring for yourself and others. I’m always looking for more ways to promote self-love and loving and helping others. In fact, the “Karma” beverage is to help the local community! 20% goes to The Fostering Collective whenever someone gets a “Karma”! So you can get a tasty drinks while also helping the community!
That’s a look under the hood of Shee-Bee’s. Our mission, Shee-Bee making a stronger community and supporting family and Christian values, one cup at a time.
Thanks for taking the time to learn about me and my company!
